
Scott M. Heidorn
Scott M. Heidorn is an experienced attorney specializing in complex professional liability claims, including legal and medical malpractice. Scott has served as trial counsel in numerous high-profile catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, demonstrating a deep commitment to achieving justice for his clients.
With extensive experience in the legal community, Scott is actively involved in both local and national bar associations. He is a past Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Litigation Section and its Young Lawyers Division, and he currently serves on the MBA’s Lawyer Referral Service Committee. His contributions to the field extend to frequent speaking engagements on continuing legal education panels hosted by the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and the MBA.
Scott’s legal foundation was built at Northeastern University School of Law, where he completed a judicial internship under the Honorable Raymond Brassard of the Massachusetts Superior Court, worked with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, and gained practical experience through internships at two civil litigation firms in Boston. After law school, Scott practiced for seven years at one of Boston’s premier trial firms.
In 2011, he leveraged his extensive experience to co-found the firm alongside partners Clyde Bergstresser and Russell Pollock, further solidifying his role as a leader in the legal field.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, skiing and endurance sports, which complements his dynamic approach to law and life.
