Scott M. Heidorn focuses his practice on complex professional liability claims, including legal and medical malpractice. He has been trial counsel in a number of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Scott has extensive experience in a number of local and national bar associations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is a past Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Litigation Section and its Young Lawyers Division. He is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service Committee.
Scott frequently speaks on continuing legal education panels at the MCLE and the MBA.
During law school at Northeastern University, Scott completed a number of internships, including a judicial internship for the Honorable Raymond Brassard of the Massachusetts Superior Court, and for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, as well as two internships for civil litigation firms in Boston.
After graduating from law school Scott practiced for seven years at one of Boston’s premier trial firms before founding this firm with partners Clyde Bergstresser and Russell Pollock in 2011.
An avid athlete, in his spare time Scott enjoys playing and watching sports of all kinds.
