Kerry Paul Choi is a distinguished attorney with a deep focus on professional malpractice, product liability, and complex personal injury litigation. Since 1975, he has been at the forefront of litigation in these specialized areas, consistently achieving successful outcomes in significant permanent injury and wrongful death cases across the Superior Courts of the Commonwealth.

Mr. Choi shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School, teaching the “Advanced Torts” course that covers critical aspects of medical malpractice and products liability law. His commitment to legal education extends beyond the classroom, with regular contributions as a speaker, lecturer, and panel member for continuing legal education programs focused on trial practice, negligence, and tort law, sponsored by organizations such as the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and Suffolk University.

His leadership roles include serving as Co-Chairman of the Trial Practice and Procedure Committee and as a member of both the Budget and Finance Committee and the Lawyer Referral Service oversight committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Additionally, he has been an active participant on the Curriculum Advisory Committee for Personal Injury Litigation with Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., and served on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Kerry is a cum laude graduate of Boston University and the Boston University School of Law. He began his legal journey at the American Association of Justice, working closely with Professor Thomas F. Lambert, Jr., a noted scholar and advocate in malpractice and product liability law. His career is marked by a commitment to protecting the rights of individuals against powerful interests, ensuring justice for those harmed by negligence or misconduct.
