Scott Heidorn was asked to present the plaintiffs’ counsel’s perspective on a panel which included esteemed claims professional, Elizabeth Cushing, Vice President of Claims at CRICO and prominent defense attorney John Ryan, Esq. of Sloane & Walsh. The program which was co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Medical Society focused on how medical malpractice claims are evaluated, how the plaintiff and defense interact during a lawsuit and complying with the apology and disclosure stature in Massachusetts.
