Russ Pollock was asked to present the plaintiffs’ counsel’s perspective on a panel which included prominent legal malpractice defense attorney Thomas E. Peisch, Esq. of Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, noted mediator Warren Fitzgerald, Esq. of Fitzgerald Dispute Resolution, Jeffrey D. Wolff, Esq. from the Board of Bar Overseers and experienced defense counsel John D. Felice, Esq. of Hermes Netburn O’Connor & Spearing. The program focused on recent changes to the Massachusetts Rules of
Professional Conduct and how they would effect legal malpractice litigation.
