Russell X. Pollock chaired a panel which included Jayne Tyrrell, Esq., Director of the Massachusetts Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Committee and Christopher R. Conroy, Esq., noted legal malpractice defense attorney. The panel addressed the history of IOLTA, impending changes to the rules governing IOLTA and recurring scenarios in which practitioners go awry of the IOLTA rules.
