Clyde D. Bergstresser was asked to be on a panel of distinguished speakers which included former Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and Retired Superior Court Justice Frances A. McIntyre. The panel addressed developing a theme for the case, do’s and don’t’s of opening statements and tips for effective closing arguments. During his presentation, Clyde recounted a particularly effective closing argument he delivered in a medical negligence trial.
